Allow camera access for PassportPhoto99 when prompted. Centre one face, keep the shoulders inside the guide and follow the distance status message.

Auto photo appears only when the browser supports the required local face-detection feature. The manual shutter remains available and gives the same output flow.

• Close other apps using the camera
• Try the rear camera when another person is taking the photo
• Use Upload a photo if the browser camera is unavailable
