Use PassportPhoto99 only to prepare photographs you are authorized to process for legitimate identity, passport, visa, permit or business-service purposes.

Prohibited activity

You must not upload stolen images, impersonate another person, evade identity controls, distribute malware, probe the service, overload processing endpoints or use automated access without written permission.

Identity integrity

The service must not be used to alter identity features, misrepresent a person or create fraudulent government documents. We may block suspicious activity and preserve limited security evidence where legally permitted.

Enforcement
