Our privacy promise
Passport and identity photographs are sensitive. We collect only the information needed to prepare and deliver your order. We do not sell photos, use them for advertising, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models.
Information we process
This may include the uploaded photograph, selected country and document, delivery email, technical security logs, order reference and payment status. Card information is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by PassportPhoto99.
Photo retention
Production deployments must configure encrypted temporary storage with automatic deletion. The exact retention period must be displayed before upload. An immediate-delete request must also be available after delivery.
Security and rights
We use encrypted connections, access controls, audit logs and least-privilege administration. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion. Contact [email protected].
International processing
Customers must be told where their data is processed and which service providers receive it. A production privacy review must be completed before accepting real photographs.
