The service
PassportPhoto99 provides tools that help capture, crop, check, format, download, email and print passport or identification photographs using the selected authority’s published specifications. We are not a government agency and do not issue passports, visas or identity documents.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to process every photograph you submit. A parent or guardian must supervise use involving a minor.
No acceptance guarantee
Automated and visual checks can reduce common errors but cannot guarantee acceptance. Requirements may change, application circumstances differ and the issuing authority makes every final decision.
Your responsibilities
You must select the correct country, document, application method and age group; provide a true, recent likeness; review the output; keep order links secure; and comply with applicable laws and authority instructions.
Payments and delivery
Prices and included formats are displayed before checkout. Payment is handled by the stated provider. Access to paid output may begin immediately after payment, subject to successful processing. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Independent print providers and affiliate links
Optional links to independent print providers may be affiliate links, which can earn PassportPhoto99 a commission without increasing your price. Print providers control their pricing, availability, fulfilment, privacy practices and terms. You must upload the correct sheet, disable automatic cropping where offered and verify the final physical dimensions before using printed photos.
Business accounts
Business subscriptions are licensed per named user. Administrators are responsible for locations, staff access and lawful customer authorization. Sharing credentials, bypassing usage limits or reselling access without permission is prohibited. Enterprise terms may be governed by a separate agreement.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for impersonation, forged documents, fraud, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized biometric datasets, harmful automation, security attacks or any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features to protect security, comply with law or improve reliability. We will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PassportPhoto99 is not liable for an authority’s independent rejection, missed application deadlines, misuse of files or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and contact
Access may be suspended for security threats, nonpayment or material violations. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. The governing law and business entity details must be finalized before commercial launch in each market.
