Delete a guest photo or order

Email [email protected] from the purchase email and include only your order reference. Do not attach your identity photo. We will verify the request and delete eligible records from active systems.

Delete a business account

A business administrator may request account deletion from the registered administrator email. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention or legal records where required, while deleting photographs and access credentials according to the retention policy.

Automatic photo deletion

Uploaded photographs are intended for temporary processing and automatic deletion after the disclosed retention period. Store listings for the iOS and Android apps may link directly to this page to satisfy account-deletion disclosure requirements.
