Delete a guest photo or order

Email [email protected] from the purchase email and include only your order reference. Do not attach your identity photo. We will verify the request and delete eligible records from active systems.

Delete a business account

Open My account in the retailer workspace and choose Delete my account. Confirm your password and type DELETE. Your login and authentication credentials are removed immediately when another administrator remains. The last administrator can transfer administration or type CLOSE BUSINESS to request deletion of the whole workspace, including staff accounts, locations and customer photographs. Workspace access ends immediately; the maintenance worker completes data deletion and subscription cancellation. We confirm completion or explain any delay within seven days. Limited payment and invoice records may remain with the payment provider. Contact [email protected] if you cannot sign in.

Automatic photo deletion

Uploaded photographs are intended for temporary processing and automatic deletion after the disclosed retention period. Store listings for the iOS and Android apps may link directly to this page to satisfy account-deletion disclosure requirements.
